Meanwhile, Eddie wants to be a part of his grandchild's life and Sally agrees to try to help him and Laurie grow closer, but the two soon find that what was between them in the past is not completely gone.

She had never been as mad at Eddie as everyone had thought. In fact, Sally would have almost been willing to let it go entirely, had things not played out the way they had. The way she saw it, things had just escalated in a way that caused them to get out of control. She even blamed herself- just a little, mind you- for how out of control they had gotten.

Before Walter became Rorschach and before he was left alone in the world, he had a friend. A girl who he thought was the only worthy one of not being called a whore. Her name was Anya. When patrolling with Eddie, Sally encounters a criminal who has no qualms about hitting a lady and gets to catch a glimpse of Eddie's temper. Minutemen-era

Sally discovers Ursula's sexuality and grows curious. Ursula misinterprets her signals, or maybe she doesn't. Slight non/dub-con, no rape or anything beyond a kiss.

Not that he cared. He wasn't a sentimental man, he didn't give a damn about her or the baby, and he was just curious. All that memorabilia of hers he kept, it didn't mean a damn thing. It was a joke. Obviously.

Eventually, Rorschach's right-wing views get a little too personal.
