Newt's found himself a new creature at the seashore: an extremely intelligent humanoid with a hauntingly beautiful voice and horribly scarred hands. He's old, how old Newt isn't sure, but despite the communication issues it's very clear that he can be his own worst enemy at times. Newt just thinks he's the last of an endangered species who's been on his own for far too long.
