Josef Petkus- The Red Guardian- was one of the 5 "new" Winter Soldiers in Captain America Civil War. He and the others were tricked and found out Hydra wasn't what they claimed to be. Of all their tormentors though, one was the worst. And now that he's free, Josef is going to find him.
