Stuff

Yo. I'm IJ and...this is my profile. I've got some stories here...some stuff, yeah. Gonna be more of them. If I type em' up. Probably just going to be Naruto fics, though...some humor, some action, some whatever...probably not a lot of angst, or romance. I find angst to be annoying, and if it's romance, it's gonna be general.

Whoa. I was gone for a while, huh? I guess you could say I went into creative depression. Also, I had a brief decrease in interest for Naruto in general, and lost any incentive to write stories about it.

But no more, as you could probably deduct from me being here! No, I'm back on the writing saddle and I've got plenty of ideas flowing. My first move will be...to retcon my story North Tower - Seifon. Granted, it's only got one chapter, but...after re-reading the story, I find that how I started it off and how I was going with the second chapter, I didn't quite set off the story like I had hoped. In fact, the only part I really enjoyed was the brief ending portion (which I will indeed keep in the rewrite), as it was a great forerunner to the juicy ideas I had in mind when making Seifon. So, when the new story comes, well...expect it to shoot off at breakneck speed (maybe literally). Action, baby, action.

Sunchild:
I have decided to cancel Sunchild in favor of focusing on NT-S; if I'm going to concentrate on making so many new things for a story, I might as well turn it into a full-original work instead of a semi-fanfic. I'll leave the story around as it is, though.

North Tower - Seifon
General/Action - Naruto and Sasuke as main characters - Rated M - In Progress, first chapter.

Summary: Their lives are different, and their world is different; their chances are different, and their opportunities are different; yet, it seems it is still them, Naruto and Sasuke, against the world, and yet it seems there are forces in the world against them.

Author's Comments: For the apparently very few of you who read the original version, and the original comment here; yeah, the gist still applies. Grittier, more 'realistic', faster, stronger, and...well, better. There are a few changes though; for one, ages. I have decided to once again raise the character's ages by one year, so that brings most of Rookie 9 to fifteen and Team Gai to 16. The second change(s) are more important, though; like last time, Itachi didn't kill his entire family, and Sandaime was the one to seal the Kyuubi, not Yondaime. And, of course, like last time, a lot of murders and events did not occur (mostly thanks to the Sound invasion never happening), and really, life in Konoha has been a lot more regular and calm than it was thanks to the canon events. Well, as regular and calm as a village filled with ninjas, criminals and guardians alike, can be. Finally, like last time, expect there to be plenty of differences in the systems of the canon story. Anyways, for those of you who read the last version, I hope you enjoy the changes. And for the rest, I hope you'll enjoy the new North Tower - Seifon, which will be ready and up soon.

Itachi's World Quest: The TRIPLEOLOGY!:
Humor - Character 1: Itachi, Character 2: Any - Rated T - In-Progress, Chapter 3

Summary: No seriously, I was high on weed when I wrote this...um...Sasuke gets kidnapped or something...so Itachi gathers a really crappy team to go find him.

- What Happened Last Time - Just when you thought it would be over, Itachi finds out (AFTER going back to the first castle) that to get into the basement and retrieve Sasuke, he has to go get the key from The Great One, who is in the second castle. Which he has to go back to. Why? Because.

- Author's Comments - Oh man, this story is just really stupid. It's barely even funny-stupid, it comes from a time when I found the Peanut Butter Jelly Time banana funny. Of course, I still do. But in general, my taste has...let's say, matured! So the humor might have changed from what it was a year ago when I first submitted this story =D! But nevertheless, it's basically just senseless, stupid, random crap I pull out of my ass as I go.

Neji and Tenten: A Love Story
Parody - Character 1: Neji, Character 2: tenten - Rated E - Complete, 2 Chapters

Summary: Tenten finally decides to admit her feelings to Neji through a letter. And not just any kind of a letter a love letter. And she is oh so happy when she finds that Neji has responded. Oneshot.

- Author's Comments - Wow, I didn't think people would be that pissed off and take it so personally. X) I posted a second chapter where I met most of the complaints and explained thoroughly that I do NOT hate the NejiTen pairing and its fans, I dislike how people make such OOC and badly made NejiTen stories and parodied them except with how Neji would ACTUALLY react (of course, with a douse of exaggeration =D). I doubt people will bother to see that, though; only five minutes after I submitted that chapter, I received another review
consisting of flames and assumptions. Oh well, can't please everyone I guess.

Amazing, I got, like, forty reviews containing nothing but whining and bitching when the first chapter was a joke, and then when I post a chapter that had both character be treated with 'love and respect and care', there was almost no response. Just goes to show I was right when I said people around here are more prone to flame and complain than compliment or give constructive critique.
