2017-11-19 update by the now grown up author: I last uploaded/updated a story on Fanfiction almost ten years ago. As my college and post-grad employment captured my full attention and passion, at least five years passed without me even recollecting I'd ever had a Fanfiction account. Rediscovering the stories written by my teenage self has been a painful, perplexing, but ultimately hilarious experience.

It was an embarrassing delight to reread the overly dramatic, obviously virginal attempts at romantic and erotic fiction I wrote when I was sixteen and younger now that I'm approaching 26. Though I cringe at many of my story lines (and unfortunate ignorance of the complexity of gender/sexuality, the value of honesty, and the importance of consent that they often portray), I'm going to preserve them as a testament to the creative and personal struggles I survived during those formative years. If you've stumbled on any of them, please enjoy. Laugh as heartily at their absurdity as you can. --SB
