Author has written 8 stories for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Hogan's Heroes, Marvel, and Avengers.

Perhaps I should explain about myself so that people know why I do the things I do.

I was raised on Monty Python, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Piers Anthony, Ellis Peters/Edith Pargeter, J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Michael Chrichton, and others of the same caliber. My sense of humor is well-developed, sometimes dry and caustic, but ever-present.

Terry Pratchett is my god. Not that I burn incense to him or sacrifice small infants, but I aspire to the great heights he reached in his Discworld novels. Or to the great depths he plowed with the same books. It does all depend on your opinion of him...

I own almost every book Tolkien ever wrote.

J.K. Rowling is not my favorite author, though I do admire her work. Someday I'll get my poorly-done ubiquitous-second-generation fic up on here. It was meant to parody her work and other fics... but it didn't end up that way... I actually started to LIKE fan-fiction... so thus the jaded author becomes a conversi.

Also, if I make a mistake in any of my writings, I prefer to be called on it. I'll then change it if it's really a mistake. Usually it is. sometimes its meant to be that way due to the nature of the form is in. I reserve the right to take artistic license.

Update: 9/11/2011 Sorry for the long absence; real life intruded rather rudely for the last, oh jeez, what has it been, five years? I am proof reading my stories, and will be adding to them sporadically over the next while. I have lost the notebook which contained the last ten chapters of my Seamus/Luna fic, so I will be rebuilding it from somewhat fuzzy memory. Luckily, the Bible verse it was based on didn't change in the intervening time, so that's a good start! I do have some more of the LoTR limericks done, but they were in the same notebook. So it's back to the drawing board on that. I will take requests for ideas if anyone wants to have me do a one-shot for them. It might take a month or more, but it will get done.

Thanks for reading and reviewing. And thank you all for the patience! I live for the reviews so I can better myself as an author.

Update: 9/7/2013 Well, that comeback was delayed and poorly executed... I have uploaded some of the fanfics and drabbles I've written for my tumblr accounts. More to follow.
