![]() Author has written 7 stories for Weiss Kreuz, Gravitation, Vampire Hunter D, and Final Fantasy VII. Here we go, another fanwriter's vain attempts to tell people why there has been no updates on some of the fictions. I'll try not to ramble and stick to the subject. UPDATE: 9-03-2010: I have fanart for Confessions & Cigarettes! You can find it here: http:///#/d2xhm2o UPDATE: 5-14-2010: Currently I am working on both C&C and Running while letting Shine On stew a little. Why? Well, to me Shine On was my attempt at winning NaNoWriMo - you know, that crazy month where you write out 50,000 words in a month? I haven't finished it, and only reached the finish line about two days before the end of the month. It was my first win and I am not sure if I can look at that story, edit out the mistakes and go on with it. I will try but for now, I want to make both C&C and Running priorities. My problem with Running has been figuring out who is sneaking around with sensitive material that Seph wants and who will have the guts to do so. I mean seriously. Seph can be scary even when he sane. As for C&C, well I have the next chapter 2/3 of the way done. So I am hoping in about a week I will have a new chapter for C&C up. UPDATE: 11-15-2009: I have to thank everyone that has taken the time to read Splinters of a Song and reviewed it. I'm glad that many of you liked it and have asked me to continue with it. Unfortunately, I've found I cannot. I love the idea and the story but I've found myself not as into the way it was going or even liking how it is more of an anime based fiction than the manga. So I had decided to revamp the story, but when I started doing that, cleaning it up and rewriting, I've found I had a different story, one following the manga characterizations and events. And after the first couple chapters, the fiction had suddenly became something different and no longer is Splinters but a new one called Shine on. I also am attempting to finish the story before publishing it up (Shine is my NaNo project this year). I am leaving Splinters up for everyone's reading pleasure but please take a look at Shine On when I start putting it up. About me? Well I write both slash/yaoi and hentai/standard pairings. I have two cats - one that sort of wandered to my place and hasn't left yet - and I will bore you to sobs about them if you like to talk about cats. I work in a hospital and I am over thirty years old, single and with no children unless you count the cats I mentioned earlier. The people I love to read in the published worlds are Stephen King, Terry Prachette, Neil Gaiman, Stan Lee and Joan Hess. There are probably more there but those are the names I can recall without going through all my books. I happen to collect books the way most people collect shoes or hats or clothing - I have a linen closet, several bookcases, a couple of dresser drawers and a rubber bin full of books. I also have a large collection of music and just recently purchases an iPod nano just so I can enjoy said collection away from the house. I walk everywhere, do not own a car and when I am not in scrubs I am wearing tee shirts and flannel. |
