About:

I'm a university student, currently working towards an honours majoring in Mathematics (pure maths, specializing in discrete and geometry if anyone's interested). Nothing can compare to my love of maths, not even my love of Digimon which is saying a lot considering I have the Crest of Knowledge tattooed on my back. I do, however, quite enjoy writing (purely as a hobby) as well as drawing (again, just a hobby). I’m also on my school’s varsity fencing team (foil). I'm Canadian, from northern Ontario originally, but I lived in the Yukon for a bit and that's what I consider my true home. I'm fluent in French as well as English, although I don't use my French as much, so it can be a little rough around the edges at times, and I definitely favour English.

I love Digimon. It's been in my life since my childhood and I've watched it countless times in 3 languages (why I decided to watch it in German, I don't know, because I don't even speak German) and I just about passed out when I heard about tri. I think the depth of character and the development of those characters and the intricacy of certain plots is just amazing. I love it.

I tend not to care about Digimon ships at all, with two notable exceptions. Takari was probably my first ship ever, so they hold a special place in my heart. In general, I don't really care if they end up as romantic couple or as really close friends, though. I just want to see them together forever in some way. The other exception I’m far more invested in, and that’s Daiken. They’re relationship (whether you see it as platonic or romantic) is just so supportive and understanding and loving that it actually makes me cry. They’re really the only reason I like Daisuke. So why don’t I write Daiken fics? Good question.
