I always suck at things like this, so bear with me.

I started writing when I was a child, influenced heavily by masters of the craft like J.R.R. Tolkien, and C.S. Lewis. I watched far too much science fiction on television growing up (and still do), and never lost that sense of wonder at new worlds. My head has always been firmly entrenched in the cloud of imagination and its limitless possibilities.

Television shows I particularly like include (but are not limited to) Stargate: SG1, Stargate: Atlantis, Star Trek, Firefly, MASH, MacGyver, Jericho, and Revolution. The list could go on, but you get the idea. I also enjoyed the short-lived Legend of the Seeker, and Andromeda (Yes, I know, please don't hate me).

As with TV shows, I could list far more books than I am, but hopefully you get the idea. I am a hopeless LOTR fan, love Narnia, Mercedes Lackey's Velgarth and Elemental Masters novels, the Redwall series, Bernard Cornwell's Sharpe, Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey-Maturin series, the Temeraire novels by Naomi Novik, and am reading through Taylor Anderson's Destroyermen.

So, that is just a bit about me. I love getting feedback, and hope to put more stories up as my life (new job and moving repeatedly) permits.
