![]() Author has written 2 stories for Legend of Zelda, and Fire Emblem. Hey! Huge profile revamp-I'm actually going to make it interesting now. My name is FanaticMarioMan (well not really but for the sake of privacy we'll say it is). I'm a huge gamer nerd. BUT ONLY NINTENDO!!! Nintendo is live. Also, music is life too. I'm a pianist, as well as a violinist and a first violinist in a very prestigious youth symphony (not telling which one!) Very few people will remember my story, "Skyward Sword: The Untold Tale", but for those of you who do, I started it without any planning at all and just couldn't justify the storyline at all. I went back and read my document recently and it's pretty bad. Like rotting apples bad. That bad. But THIS story I'm writing will be much better. The main story that I'm writing right now is called "More than a Butler". The idea of it started when I was lying in bed one night not being able to fall asleep. It's amazing the weird places your mind can wander when you can't fall asleep (of course, my mind wanders to even weirder places when it is asleep). This story is a friendship tale between a boy named Nicholas who hears about the events of Conquest and come to really respect and admire Xander and works very hard to try and become his butler. Of course, that does happen, and shenanigans insure (also there is romance. Not OCxXander, I promise. That's just...yuk...) Some of this story is already uploaded, but that will be taken down and re-uploaded because 1. I wrote that over a year ago and it's bad. I procrastinated on this story so badly for over a year. 2. NaNoWriMo. NaNoWriMo is short for National Novel Writing Month (which is November). For all you fanfiction writers out there who just can't find the motivation to finish your fic, I encourage you to try this, it is an amazing experience. Basically, the non-profit organization of NaNoWriMo challenges writers of all ages to writer 50,000 words of a novel in a month. There's tons of ways to help you keep track and lots of motivation and events to be had to. I've had so much fun this month. When my creative writing teacher told me about NaNoWriMo, I was super excited because it was finally a reason to actually get up off my lazy butt and finish this story. And guess what. I DID IT!!! I ACTUALLY WROTE 50,000 IN ONE MONTH!!!! The story still isn't finished yet, so I'll keep writing, but I promise that when I start uploading, it will be uploaded all the way through. I'll also post other short stories I happen to write in Creative Writing class, but there won't be many of them. If there's anything else you think I should add to this profile, feel free to message me! I love to talk to new people. In the meantime, continue being awesome everyone. I'm going to finish my story now. |
