Hello, I'm The Umbran Mage. I'm currently a student in the U.S. Though I have few experiences, I have been influenced by authors such as Coeur Al'Aran, and College Fool in my writings, since they are extremely skilled in their writing. If you enjoy what I write, thanks for paying attention to my novels. If they aren't your favorites, I respect your opinion.

My Goals as Writer :

To write unique stories with reasonable ships and plot. If I diverge from canon and make a different type of ship, I want to do it under reasonable circumstances. I want to improve as I go along, but without also making any of my characters stray too much from their canon personalities. My muse is currently in the form of the character Leo Valdez - a character with a personality I found rather contrasting compared to the other characters in the PJO series, and one that is rarely left unexplored.

In the types of pairings I hope to write, I want to write a little bit of everything. Straight, Yaoi, Yuri, just as long as I can keep the romance reasonable with a proper build-up. Though if I do write romance, I will not involve harem pairings. While I've heard cases of poly-amorous relationships working around the world, the current media interpretation of such relationships (manga, anime) is not my taste.

Title: The Rebels of Destiny

Call them what you will. Call him a devil torn apart by fate's needle. Call his partner a bloodthirsty revolutionary who believed what he did was right. Call his best friend a royal reject who wanted freedom. Call her a thieving ice-cream obsessed heathen who wanted order. They have seen the brutality of humanity. In the end, they deserve to choose their paths.

Short Author's note: The Rebels of Destiny is my current fanwork. It deals with a group of four teenagers - one of them being Leo, the next being Adam Taurus - trying to live with their lives under their control due to a series of want for a nail. Leo, at the moment, comes from the end of the Heroes of Olympus, though in what condition I will not spoil. I will announce each character according to the release of the written trailers.

Title : Rebirth

"Leo Valdez is dead. He has been dead ever since he was eight years old. Like the phoenix, I am reborn from his ashes, a new beginning despite my trials. My future is mine and the Fates' alone. Now, I am able to forge my new path."

Short Author's Note : Rebirth is my first fan fiction, though I may decide to delete it later on in the future for the sake of personal reasons. It deals with a very furious Leo Valdez who was rescued at age 10 by Apollo, and later practically dropped off with Athena as his strict mentor. After a time skip, Leo has already managed to acquire a single friend, but in the meantime he is also carving out his own little chess game against his father during the winter solstice.

The Arms Dealer

It all started with a very simple letter ; a formation of a group of educated elite in the elementary schools, one he was invited to. After a series of incidents, one including running away from the United States in order to get away from Social Services, he ends up in Japan. Stranded in a foreign country he has no clue how to survive aside from some Japanese lessons along with an identity he needs to keep hidden in anyway possible, he hides with the Yakuza, one of the largest international mafias.

In order to get a better life, he climbs the ladder of the underworld, a surprisingly less dirty ladder in order for him to rise to a very high position within the yakuza. However, the call of the west is heard when he has to negotiate with two clients, clients of a world he has long decided to shun.

Note : Rebirth has been deleted. Though honestly, as I saw more diverse types of fanfiction, I started to see it as rather immature, and would have needed some immense rewriting, so I decided to focus more on my The Rebels of Destiny.
