What is Chicks of Destiny?
Chicks of Destiny is a writing project that began several years ago on a forum dedicated to the fantasy game Order of the Griffin. Based on the premise of Jennifer Hoffman's brilliant game, Chicks of Destiny is a novel-length narrative chronicling the adventures of a flock of orphaned griffin chicks. (More information about Chicks of Destiny can be found in the Preface of the compilation below.)

Has Chicks of Destiny been completed?
No, Chicks of Destiny has not been completed. The writing team is currently on hiatus, but is expected to resume writing soon. You can find the most recent story updates on our new website.

Why is the writing style so erratic?
Chicks of Destiny is a collaboration between many different writers, each with their own unique style. In order to preserve the integrity of this archive, the original writing has been left untouched. This means that the sections of the text that were written by different authors will still have different writing styles.

Why are there spelling/grammar/writing mistakes?
Chicks of Destiny has not been completely revised and edited yet. An second edition with spelling and grammar corrections is in the works and should come out later this year. Please be patient!

Is Chicks of Destiny officially connected to Jenosavel or the original Order of the Griffin game?
No, the Chicks of Destiny authors are not officially affiliated with Jenosavel or Order of the Griffin in any way. This project is completely a work of fans, with no official connections to the game that inspired it.

What happened to the original Order of the Griffin game?
The Order of the Griffin webpage went down and has not been seen since. All attempts to contact Jenosavel have failed. Archived versions of the website can be found on sites like the WayBack Machine
