Author has written 1 story for Naruto, and Sekirei. Hello all, this is BlackReaper20. I suppose since this is my profile page, I should mention a little bit about myself. I am twenty years of age and a full time student at a state university in North Carolina studying Criminal Justice (this means justice for all, not just throw people in jail. The system needs an overhaul, and I intend to do what I can to benefit this country and the world). Of course, I also work either part-time or full-time depending on the time of year continuously. I was born in the U.S., and have lived here my entire life. I love travelling and learning about the culture of other places. It fascinates me. I was set to go to Thailand and Laos to teach English and to help restore natural disaster torn villages, but thanks to the global situation I am putting that off for now. I'm a bit of what you would call an old soul; I like 'treasure-hunting' as I like to call it, which is really thrifting, going to flea markets, auctions, and antique shopping. If you know how to look, you can find amazing things. I've taken it upon myself to be my family's historian, collecting family heirlooms and the stories of my ancestors. I am very much a collector by heart, and have a taste for the eclectic. Another interesting tidbit is that I am the former prince of a renaissance faire; a community I still frequent and act for. I am a retired martial artist, having practiced martial arts for approximately nine years. I attained my Sandan (third-degree black belt) in Sanshinkai Karate when I was eighteen. I also practiced kendo, jiu jitsu, judo, iaido, ryu kyu kobudo (Weapons; bo, tonfa, escrima, sai, etc.), and also for a time self-taught myself Shotokan karate. I unfortunately destroyed my body a little too quickly, and as such my life long dream of joining the military fell through just as I was heading off to P.T. I still practice with a katana when I have the time, since I can still manage that. Despite being beat to hell, ironically I can still crush most normal people at physical exercise. Not to be arrogant or anything, just a statement. I am also a leadership and transformational coach, meaning I coach people of all ages (and I mean all ages, I've coached as young as 13 all the way to 70) on how they can transform their lives. It's a bit different than life coaching, as I do not tell people what to do, only hold them accountable and guide them in having what they say their visions, dreams, and goals are. I am definitely an otaku at heart, and have cosplayed at cons, have a number of collectables, and have even met and gotten signatures of some voice actors. I have watched a loooot of anime in my time. My favorite game series is Fire Emblem, and my favorite anime is either Darker than Black, hence the name, or Overlord. As far as music goes, I listen to metal. I have everything form hard rock to folk metal to Scottish pirate metal to heavy metal to black metal. Something I admit to is having bipolar type 2. I was born with it, and only as I turned nineteen was I able to gather the courage to embrace it. It was the best decision I ever made. I am a HUGE advocate for mental health from the perspective of someone with a mental disorder. Should anyone need or want any support or coaching, please feel free to reach out to me. Thank you all for reading, and I hope to keep you entertained and enthralled with any work I may put together. Take care! |
