Im going to be as nice as possible. I'm sorry if you take offense to anything I say here.
First of all, Rachel IS a Mary-Sue. That's when a character is unrealistic, whose good qualities outweigh the bad ones. Another quality is physical peculiarities, like color changing eyes, uncommon hair color (pink, green, blue) or talents that could make her perfect.
In this story, I truly hated Rachel. She was a bitch and a (I really don't want to use this word but I can't think of a nice name) slut. She kissed Oliver AND Harry. If she liked them both, you should have mentioned that. It made it seem throughout this entire story that they were both nothing but entertainment for when she got bored. She was sarcastic and a brat, and I don't even understand why Oliver or Harry would like her. She was a mean, nasty bitch who flirted with both of them.
The rape in this story was also handled badly. I could see it having possibly been a nice back story for Rachel, but you didn't even focus on it. Rape is a hard thing to write about, but you didn't talk about the traumatizing after effects. It was like the rape was only a small part, and you just brushed over it which wasn't a good thing. If you ever write about rape I the future, I recommend looking up examples for feelings during and after the event. Also, almost all the female characters in the story were brats, whores, or *. That made me seriously uninterested. You made all the characters very out of character, Oliver mostly. Harry would NEVER date a Girl like Rachel. I don't see why anyone would for that matter. I don't even see why anyone liked her in the school. Draco was also OOC. The only reason that someone would read would be for smut, I think. And none of your 'Sex' scenes deserved the term 'M Rated'. Jed was horribly unbelievable, and the plot was rushed and messy. Nothing made sense at all, and the fact that Oliver continued to like this Rachel the whole time is utterly confususing. There is much more that is wrong with this story. I reccomend that you put more detail into your Characters and not make them so one sided. Look up ways to develop your character over time, and stop writing about a dramatic Brat. I dont think anyone seriously enjoys reading out that. Maybe get a beta reader
to look over your work before you publish it. There were some things I enjoyed about the story, but the cons strongly outweigh the pros. Seriously. So strongly it would be like an elephant and a feather on a scale. I really hope that you take these words into consideration. You may be a very good writer, if you could just learn to flesh out your characters more.

I'm posting this here because it's all true. Rachel IS and bitch, and frankly a little skanky, she, at that stage when I developed her, was a Mary Sue. Granted, I was also 16 when I first started writing that story. I'm 24, and I'd like to think that I've gotten a little bit better (not much, but the style has certainly changed). It's not an excuse, it's just that's how I wrote back then, and to me it was acceptable. It's not now, which is why I have been going through the very long and tiring process of completely re-writing the story. It's been in the works for years. I get little bits of it here and there, but truthfully the story was really on my back-burner for a long time, again I'm not making excuses. I can say that I'm going to fix it, until I'm blue in the face, but fact is, the story (as horrible as it is) is remaining as it is so that every time someone reviews about it, and is honest enough to call me on my bullshit, it will remind me of the errors that I made, and the criticism that I receive from them is really taken into consideration. So Ugh (Guest)/Anonymous reviewer, thank you for calling bullshit, because I let it slide for a long time. Mostly when I get a story that I can't get through for similar reasons, I just let it be. I kinda feel bad that you read it all actually, it's a super fucking bad example of my work, but it is a good representation (I believe) of how my writing has grown.

At this point I should really start/continue writing original fiction in the hopes that one day, I will get offered some sort of money for what I write, because shit, if 50 Shades of Grey can be a best seller as former Twilight Fanfiction that what the fuck -_-

But I've begun working on a number of Darcy Lewis/Clint Barton works, one that is complete and awaiting proofed to be posted, and another that is still within the planning and writing process. (Not that anyone will be reading any of this anyway)

Please do note, some of the work on this username is over ten years old. That's fucking old. And really bad. And I should take it down, but people keep like it and adding it to favorites, which concerns me because I'm so embarrassed by it that I feel compelled to start writing it until I think 'oh Clint has sexy arms' and then I'm lost once again to the gorgeous Jeremy Renner.
