We question ourselves daily, constantly placed on the fence, never truly believing in ourselves.

As I gaze into the mirror, I'm shocked by what I see. Dull lifeless eyes staring at nothingness. Blankness. From birth we are judge, from our first words, to our first step. We are judged, and pushed in directions, our path chosen. However, when we fight back, we are met with resistance, a stop sign. The world does not want us to grow, to rebuild. That is why, we fight to find outlets, outlets to release our emotions. This community here, it's a family, from sisters to brother. To fathers and mothers. We are One, we share, we comment, we are.

This is our own world, away from the judgment, away from the ridicule and away from the hurt.

Say what's on your mind, give me your faith, tell me your struggles. As we read each-other's work, we gain a stronger connection. We learn what they love, what they hate, what they fear. We are together, stronger but weaker, faster but slower. Each of our struggles are shared through out, the pain and hurt.

As we are one.
