Long time reader/lurker, just beginning to pen my first story--an HP/DM fic that is probably highly derivative of some of my favorite authors, but that I am nevertheless trying to make original.

I've never been very good at being an active participant in fandoms, though I read widely in many different communities. Trying to become more active, less passive, so very much appreciate conversation, recommendations, feedback, and anything else that helps me be integrated into the discourse, not just an observer.
