Author has written 15 stories for Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, Infernal Devices, Cassandra Clare, and Fairy Tales. Greetings! I'm not good at bios, so here's the essentials. I'm a student, with the following favourite authors: Charlotte Bronte Austen Dickens Hugo (I've only read Les Mis and Notre-Dame de Paris, but I think it still counts) L M Montgomery John Green Cornelia Funke Shakespeare Lemony Snicket Rainbow Rowell And about half-a-dozen others I can't think of at this moment. I also love Beauty and the Beast, and I've completed a modern AU called Behind A Fair Facade, which sets Adam, Belle, Cogsworth, and all your other faves at a made-up University of Inverness, in the Scottish Highlands. I'd really appreciate you taking a look at it. I've also got an ongoing series of one-shots called The Beauty of a Beast that combine the universe of BAFF and the canon-compliant universe. I've finished working on an AU of the '91 movie called A Rose's Thorn. Maurice never turned down the path to the Beast's castle, and the story only takes more twists and turns from there. Will Belle and the Beast manage to break the spell, even with all the changes to their tale? Please note the A/N in the first chapter, which will inform readers of any possible triggering material within. Given the surge in popularity of BatB following the new movie, I'd like to direct any fan reading this to the Bittersweet and Strange forum. It's a lovely community, with a bunch of discussion about both films, and new members are always welcome. Just google Bittersweet and Strange, and the first result will take you to the forum on TapaTalks. Update: Still on hiatus w/r/t prompts for The Beauty of a Beast. Apologies for any confusion, I accidentally removed the previous hiatus statement when I was updating this profile. |
