Updates on hold while a combination of work and school devour my life.

My Thoughts on Writing:

Writing is a passion of mine. I'm not a writer and I'm not studying to become one. That being said, I'll always be writing and I don't see myself stopping any time soon. Originally, I never planned to post any of my stories here on this website. I was happy writing for myself and I really didn't care if other people liked my stories or not. It gave me little motivation to share these stories with other people. Yet, a single person convinced me otherwise when she told me that I was being selfish for not sharing the things I had written. Truer words could not have been spoken. The reality of it is, it doesn't matter if your story has a thousand favorites, follows, or reviews or if it has absolutely no favorites, follows, or reviews. Hell, even if every review of your story is about how god awful everyone thinks it is, that shouldn't mean a thing in the world. If their criticism is constructive, learn from it. If all they are saying is "god damn this story sucks" and they don't tell you why, then ask them why. If they don't have an answer, have yourself a good laugh. You've earned a fan, they just don't realize it yet.

To My Readers and Reviewers:

Words do not express the gratitude I feel towards you. I never chose to write to gain fans and I never chose to write to gain popularity. All I ever did was embrace an activity I loved. And yet, even without my asking, you all have helped me grow and learn so much as a writer. You have given me something that I cannot repay. I have read every word of every review and every word in every private message sent to me multiple times over. I truly have nothing to offer you other than to share the stories that I have written. If you think that is enough, I assure you. It isn't.
