Cory was, still is, and will be, for the rest of my life, my hero. One of my biggest sources of inspiration. My idol.

I know this might sound stupid, but, he was is more than just a celebrity to me. He's one of the most important people in my life even though I never had the privilege of meeting him or let him know that. He didn't even know of my existence, and yet I didn't care because, to me, it was enough just to see him smile. To see that, although he has been through a lot, he was able to come so far.

I want to thank him. Thank him because he gave me hope. Thank him because he helped me without even knowing that. Thank him because he made me believe in myself, in my dreams. Thank him because he inspired me like no other. He showed me that no matter how many mistakes and bad decisions you have made in your life, you can always start again and learn from them. That everyone at some point has felt confused, lost, out of place, and like they don't belong. But he did belong here, I know that.

I miss him, I always will.

I will never judge him for the last mistake he has committed because his smile, his kindness, his pure heart, his genuineness, his humbleness, his talent, his sense of humor, and his awkwardness, silliness, and goofiness, are what I will always remember about him.

I hope that all the good deeds he has done, the love he gave us, and the way he has inspired us will never be forgotten. Thanks to him, I think I've finally found my calling, and I'll try in every single and possible way to fulfill my dream, not only for myself and my family but also for him.

He'll be in my heart forever, and that's why I want to dedicate all my stories to him: Cory Allan Michael Monteith. Thanks for everything.
