I love the second prototype game but I don't like that they made Alex the antagonist. He was such a bad ass main character and they made him evil. Even if they didn't make him the protagonist I would have liked it if they made him more of a guide for Heller, not a manipulator. The video game world is short on good characters that are willing to kill.
