For some reason, I can't write it more than that. I don't own Merlin or The Hunger Games. My regular BETA is flyaway213. I'm going to explain The PreHunger Games a little bit right here: So, it's during Merlin's time, obviously. During that time, I'm going to say Panem is called Parciluen (I randomly pressed keys after the 'Pa'.) but the Capitol already exists as does the 13 districts. I know the 13th district was something about nuclear science but, since they didn't know anything about that then, I changed it to magic which was really to my advantage.
