Hey guys, I'm Esme! I've had this fanfiction account for a while now, and have decided to do some cleaning up around here. So most of the content here is going to come in two flavors: Original fanfictions from 2012, and their reboots and new fiction in 2015 onward! The quest here is for contrast, to see how far I've come from when I first started!

So with that in mind, let's go on an adventure, shall we? The quest for improvement begins!

2012 Fictions:

How I Became Ayame (Okami): A 40-chapter lesson in practice and revision. I'm more proud of what I learned writing this than the finished product, but this story still holds a special place in my heart, if only because I poured so much time into it. This is the first story that will be completely re-written, with a working title of Foxglove.

Tangled Puppeteer (Puppet Master): 22 chapters long, one of my most popular stories. After careful consideration, I've decided not to rewrite this story. The Puppet Master series is still one I'm fond of, but I don't really have a new approach in mind for this one.

Amy the Outcast (Lilo and Stitch): Oh, LORDY. Amy the Outcast was my first fiction on this site, and it shows. It has an incomplete sequel that I will not be working on until the original is rebooted. But... yeah. It's a mess, guys. It taught me a lot about pacing, though.

2016 Fictions:

Foxglove: The reboot of How I Became Ayame. I'm trying to scrape off all the needless fluff and nonsensical additions. Don't go into it expecting to just see the original with fancier language - while there is an original character named Iris (and shipping because I'm shipping trash), the tone will be much more serious and hopefully have a faster, more interesting pace. And more Tobi.

Forks Sunshine: The Twilight Rewrite! Do not expect much to be the same. We're changing the lore, the roles the characters play, who's a vampire and who isn't, relationships, some characterization based on altered backstories, everything.
