Author has written 2 stories for Hunger Games. Hi there! Thanks for visiting my profile and reading my stories. As a little background, I wrote my first story, Life Goes On, because I really didn't like the ending to Mockingjay. I hated the character that SC turned Peeta into, and I felt like she never brought him back to the beloved boy with the bread from the first two books, which made the whole epilogue hard for me to swallow. So, I wrote a slightly modified ending that made me fall in love with Peeta all over again. I hope it does the same for you! My second story, Nightlock, focusing more on Gale to make all those fans happy. It's a full-length story, comparable to the actual HG books. If you care to know anything about me, here goes... I live in North Carolina (USA) with my husband and our menagerie of two dogs, two birds, and fish (unfortunately our snake recently passed away). I'm a veterinarian by training, but currently work as a medical/technical writer. So I have lots of experience writing, just not creatively. I've been an avid reader since age 6 (seriously--as soon as I could read, there was always a book in my hand!). The genres I tend to like are mystery (especially medical mysteries), horror, and romance (those with a plot, not Harlequin!). I've never been a huge scifi fan, but these YA books with a romantic twist have definitely gotten me interested! My favorite authors are Dean Koontz, Patricia Cornwell, Robin Cook, Janet Evanovich, Stephenie Meyer, and Stephen King. Thanks again for visiting my profile and reading my stories!
