She does social justice work, hangs out with three awesome cats, rock climbs, and has a massive crush on Rachel Maddow. She has been reading fanfics since she was 14. The Luxury and the Necessity is her very first time writing her own fic. Devanrae is positively obsessed with the Hunger Games series. She really appreciates the social justice themes in the books, and having such a strong female protagonist and role model.
