UPDATE: I apologize to all of you who have been wondering whatever became of me, since I haven't updated anything on here in over six months. Most unfortunately, real life hit me smack in the face hard enough to make me step back from fanfiction for a while. I would love to say that it was just a rough spot and that I'm back to writing regularly, but alas...life remains mid-smack. I honestly can't see me getting enough time to get back to these stories anytime in the near future. However, I do also happen to be extremely stubborn and I distinctly remember telling myself when I started Into the Labyrinth that I would finish the story no matter what. So, there is still the hope that my determination will push my busy schedule into oncoming traffic and I will find myself with lots of time to sit down and write out the rest of the stories. So, I would like to thank any of you who have followed my stories and say that although I doubt they will move forward in the immediate future, there is that little possibility that I will get back to them sometime in the next six months or so.

I thought it to be about time to post an updated profile, so here we are. I'm a freshman in college, attending a local community college for multiple reasons, the main ones being I recieved a full tuition scholarship for up to four years (apparently I'm smart. I never knew) and my desire to stay close to family and important friends for a little longer. I've been writing creatively for roughly four or five years now, though whenever I actually read any of my very first stories I tend to cringe. I immediately took to Lord of the Rings when it came out in movie form, though I can happily admit that I had read the books long before and was already a fan. Most of my creative writing then became LOTR fanfiction. Years went by and I (thankfully) became better at writing through fanfiction and I began to write non-fanfiction short stories for school as well as pleasure. For a while now an idea for a fantasy novel (possibly a trilogy) has been taking shape in my mind but only recently have I been able to actually sit down and start to make outlines and organize it on paper.

Which brings us to the present. I'm a full time student, working, while attempting to pursue both art and writing. Right now I'm working towards becoming a counselor, though I have several other options such as meteorology and of course becoming a full time artist or writer. Anyway I suppose that's more than enough about me. I hope you enjoy my writing (feel free to ignore my earlier stories. I certainly do). :)
