 Author has written 3 stories for Silmarillion, Halo, and Mass Effect. Blows the dust off this account. Switches to a leaf-blower after running out of breath and seeing no progress.* Holy crap has it been a while. Sorry, all you asthma sufferers out there looking at this page. So yeah, I dabble a little in fanfic with a muse that, given how long it's been since I posted something, is best described as "fickle." Between that and college, well...I've been writing nonfiction reports for years. Blargh. Now that I'm about to graduate, I have oodles of free time on my hands. Most is spent playing video games, or sleeping, or trying to re-learn how to play the piano. Some is spent dabbling with fanfics; my current obsession is "Mass Effect" and Garrus Vakarian (like you couldn't tell from my icon avatar thingy). Yep, I'm another one of those sad fanboys who would have GuyShep go gay for Garrus if the option existed. But it doesn't, so I switched to a FemShep and she loves her Garrus. Working on a fic trying to explore how they go from comrades-in-arms to lovers over the course of the games. Hopefully I have better luck finishing it than that abandoned "Silmarillion" story that's languished here for years now. Critical reviews of my work are more than welcomed--at least you guys won't be griping at me about citation errors or expecting me to turn plain English into jargon in the name of sounding more scientific. ;) |
