What's Done is Done:

I got tired of seeing Severus Snape being reduced to a broken, whimpering mess after he dies and goes into the afterlife. Sure, he made mistakes but that's just what being human is about and it's bothering that he's being held to unrealistic standards. So that's why I made him the type to stand his ground in this one. Second Chance Encounter by FebruaryAquarian and What If? The Purgatory of Lily by Escoger are some of the fanfics that have shown that not everything is black and white.

Some reviewers were "curious" about me reincarnating Severus as James Eugene Raynor from the Starcraft universe. I'm sure Severus would be more than angry at being called James but that's pretty much me wanting to punish him in a minor way. Then again, going from farmboy to soldier to bandit to marshal to revolutionary would be an interestingly infuriating life for the potions master although he might actually enjoy it.

As for reincarnating Lily as Sarah Louise Kerrigan, well I figured that she would be hounding Severus a bit but this life in having to deal with things beyond her control is fitting in my view. Besides, sometimes when I look at Sarah Kerrigan in the cutscene from Wings of Liberty before her infestation, I sometimes pictured her as Lily Potter because the actresses from the movies don't cut it in my book. Susan Coffey might have been a better choice.

Bonded to Brown:

Harry and Lavender and later Daphne in a very unusual lemon scene. After reading "Bad Way to Die" by CreatorZorah and seeing some strange erotica that my roommate typed up on her laptop, this happened in my head so I decided to test-run this one and see what happens.
