I was spellbound when I discovered Being Human a couple of years ago. I loved the way the stories mixed the everyday with the supernatural, and the way that the supernaturalness wasn't really an end in itself -- we cared about the characters, not so much the makeup jobs (NOT a dig at the makeup artists; they're great) and special effects.

Like all the writers on here, I love your feedback. Please feel free to tell me what you think, whether you like or hate, or if you think I got something glaringly (or even subtly) wrong. I probably did.

Thanks, praise, and admiration to Aidan Turner, Clare Higgins, Charlene McKenna, Ella Butler (my favorite corpse), Jason Watkins, Andrew Gower, Toby Whithouse, and all the other BH writers, cast and crew for making such interesting characters and compelling stories, and for leaving questions that we get to use our imaginations to answer.

Note on writing: I'm American. I can't pretend to be British. I can barely write the word "bloke" without feeling like a phony. I'm glad (tremendously grateful, even) to have corrections on word usage, terminology, etc., but I will still use US spellings. The way I see it, the speaker (and I write in 1st person) isn't writing the words down, I am, and I can be consistent this way. For the most part, I know how to spell things the British way, but I'm not gonna. I apologize in advance.
