Author has written 14 stories for CSI: New York, CSI, and NCIS. Hi! I’m Brii! What’s up? Well, now that that’s out of the way, I suppose I have to tell you people about myself. (First, though, I’m gonna give a quick shout-out to the 2 visitors to my profile that live in Uruguay: HEY!!!!! I’m so excited you visited my profile, but I’m kinda more excited that you live in Uruguay. What’s it like there?) Okay. Now. About me. I’m seventeen and I live in Chicago. I’m new to the whole fanfic thing, you should be warned. However, writing is not new to me. I’ve been writing for awhile now. But up until 4 months ago, I’d always been like “um, I don’t read fanfic. It’s too annoying because people don’t know how to write. And besides, it’s all about anime characters and twilight, right?” I think if my present self had ever met my past self in person, I might have b*tch-slapped my past self, because now, obviously, I do read fanfic, and, even worse, I write it. GASP!! *Dramatic music cue* yup. Moving on! (I have ADHD, so sometimes I’ll randomly jump. Do try to keep up ^.^) So now, I read and write fanfic like nobody’s business. I like NCIS (but I’m hesitant to read fanfic about it right now), The Good Wife (have read some fanfics about that), Bones (Nope. They’re pretty canon, so I’ll put up with stuff Fox is putting out), and all three CSI: shows (but I’ve only read CSI: Miami and NY and I’ve only written CSI:NY). I like other stuff, too, but I won’t bore you. That list is longer than your arm and more involved than a soap opera. I have this obsessive need to be better at writing, so I’m going to tell you now that if you’re going to read my stuff, I would be overjoyed if you could find at least one thing that I need to fix in everything of mine that you read, even and especially if it’s something little, like I forgot a ‘q’ in inconse(q)uential or something or I have a hanging “quotation mark(”). I want my writing to be the best it can be, so if something doesn’t make sense, tell me please! I would love to read any stories you have, as long as they’re CSI:NY related (and considering that’s the only stuff I have up, I’m guessing that the majority of you reading this are CSI:NY lovers) but if you have some other random fic that you want me to read for grammar and punctuation, I am the QUEEN of grammar and I kick some pretty good ass in punctuation and I’d love to help. Just PM me and I’ll see what I can do! (even if the way I’m writing now seems casual and informal, I assure you, I’m amazing CX) Well, I can’t see now because I’m writing this at 3 a.m. (I’m an insomniac. Don’t judge) so I’m gonna sign off for now. ‘Kay bye! Brii |
