Hello! This is my account where I write things and Stuff!
Update!: I apologize for the wait. Stuffs getting hectic and finding less time to write than usual. Will release as soon as it's done!
So, this portion of my profile is to keep track of the Physical descriptions of GenderBent Versions of RWBY in check. So, I hope you enjoy how I envision the Team RWBY Guy Edition!
Ruben Thorn: I've written him how I believe Monty once envisioned Ruby as a character. Like the drawing board before final product, and I wanted it to show. She was suppose to have gray hair and I believe wolf like ears. So, In reference and fun, I decided to incorporate that into my 'design' of Ruben. He has short, ruffled up sort of dark gray hair. Like any sort of wolf. With these mutton chops and chin whiskers to keep in line with the whole 'Wolf' idea. Physically, Ruby and Ruben differ greatly. Ruben is much more broad and toned. At the same time, he is slower and not as agile than Ruby. He is physically stronger, however. He is just a head taller than she is, no shorter than Jaune and not as tall as Yin.
His weapons, not Rose, but Gren and Han. Named after the Beowulf monster and the brother in the Gingerbread house story. I thought it would be a funny and interesting combo. They are short barrel, heat vented, lever action shotguns. Just to differentiate Ruby from Ruben. He likes to be close and personal, seeing the whites of their eyes as Ruby is in the distance, picking them off. He, however, carries two of them. Holding them reverse with the Blades hovering over his shoulders as he slices and dices. I took inspiration on how Death from DarkSiders 2 fights and uses his scythes.
Personality wise, he is overly serious and extremely self conscious. He is constantly afraid of being judged and rather fight it out than sit down and deal with people. The opposite of Ruby.
Winter Frost: Not a huge translation, really. He is slim, graceful, and overall a very Weiss in looks. He has slicked back, short cut, white hair. Much like Weiss. Wears vests and button downs. With slacks and the occasional tie. He is clean shaven, icy blue eyes. Taller than Ruben, not taller than Yin. His scar is a clean cut right across his cheek. Same side as Weiss'.
However, his personality, I believe, is the most deviate from Weiss. He is making personal strides to become more independent. More tolerant. He isn't as interested in the business as his father wants him to be, being primarily raised by his -as of season 1, episode 1- deceased uncle.
His weapon, which is named Litchteisen, a combo of the German words meaning 'Ice' and 'Cold' I believe. A revolver, six wheel, that transforms into a inscribed dagger with rotated like a cowboy. The weapon comes from my personal love for westerns and how Weiss' Dust works. It operates on a wheel system, and I incorporated that into different Ammo Types Winter Uses.
Blair Blackburn: He is, probably, the most interesting change. He is a brooding, silent, extremely serious character. Blake isn't as much so. He's very troubled by his deeds as it cost him losing someone he loves very much. His years of war and fighting left him with a very blank and broad way of speaking. Hardships hurting and constantly terrifying him.
His build is much like Winter's, just a broader and less toned. He is more mass than cut. Blair is thick like a tree, built like a tank. He's a physically imposing man. He has jagged sharp teeth, with protruding fangs that stick out of his mouth. A pair of ram horns curling out of the craziness that is his black hair. He's more Beast Looking than man.
His weapon, which has yet to be named dropped, is called Saorsa. Which I believe is Celtic for 'Freedom'. It's a jagged bladed hatchet sort of axe that is attached to a seemingless endless chain wrapped around his forearm. Which can never be taken off. The axe rotates into a pistol, a semi auto that fires off a smaller caliber than Winter's revolver.
Yin Xiao Long: Yin, Yin, Yin. Combine Nora's upbeat personality with Ruby's, combined with a pretty boy version of Yang and you got Yin! He is often the loudest, goofiest, and overall craziest character on the team. He is always looking for fun. Always having a great time. Unless you hurt Ruben, Blair, or Winter. Then he gets mad. And you wouldn't like him when he's mad.
Yin is, without a doubt, the biggest on the team. Not in terms of raw power either. He stands a little taller, no more than a head, than Winter and Blair. He is broad chested, heavily tone, and cut. He looks and is extremely strong. His spiky Blonde hair, clean face, and purple eyes.
His weapons, which I would like to call Arm-Strongs, were the more difficult to think about. I had to wonder how to make them different. Then I based his attacks on the great Alexander Armstrong! From Full Metal Alchemist! His gauntlets, instead of firing shotgun shells, would be able to send bits of rubble scattering at his opponents. They also have another function. The longer the fight, and more dangerous it is, they begin to slowly extend. In the beginning, the function sort of like Knight Gauntlets. Just covering the wrist, palm, and digits. A little later and it extends to his elbows. Then to his shoulders. If it gets too bad, the weapon extends into a complete breastplate and helmet. All of it golden and shining bright.
