I love Latin and have this morbid fascination with it. I mean how many would know an insult is an insult if spoken in Latin?

my favorite Latin quotes would be:

Tu fui, ego eris - What you are, I was. What I am, you will be. (This is found on graves and burial sites)

Tua toga suspina est - Your toga is backwards (this one is found in my story Riddle of Destiny I admit I love it!)

Suntne vacci laeti - Are your cows happy? (come on who should know if a cow is happy?)

Stultior stulto fuisti, qui tabellis crederes! - Idiot of idiots, to trust what is written! (i passed my Latin class when i said that to the teacher.. i wonder why..)

Silentum est Divinum - Silence is divine (I saw it written on the wall in my cousins dining room and it stuck with me.)

Braccae illae virides cum subucula rosea et tunica Caledonia-quam elenganter concinnatur! - Those green pants go so well with that pink shirt and the plaid jacket! (another one i just love them!)

Braccae tuae aperiuntur - Your fly is open (ha ha would you understand if someone told you that and correct it?)

Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero - Seize the day, trust as little as possible in tomorrow. (Horace) (I love the quotes by Horace. you should check them out.)
