My pen name is Joline.The.Machine, and welcome to my profile. I'm a 21 year old female from the East Coast of the United States who has a passion for the Japanese culture, language, media and people. I've been writing fanfiction for the last six years, and I love every second of it. I primarily write in the JRock fandoms on LJ () under the name KismeKilmeLuvme, and I've written numerous fictions archived there. I most often write yaoi, and it's normally rated anywhere from PG-13 to NC-17. Everyone has a little bit of a perverted nature to them.

In addition to being an avid Jrock fan, I do enjoy a good anime now and again, and I adore manga. Some of my favorites are Hana-Kimi, Saiyuki, Rurouni Kenshin, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler), Fruits Basket, and many more. Recently, I rediscovered Fruits Basket and curiously went searching for some well written, original fiction. Unfortunately, I've found only a handful of them. This, of course, inspired me to write my own.

Even so, I'm a very busy nursing student fixing to graduate and become an RN in December of 2011. That dream is drawing closer and closer, and as a result, my time to write and post is very slim. I do use writing as an outlet, and I thoroughly enjoy roleplaying. In my spare time, I also enjoy making "Friendship Bracelets" and reading online comics.
