Author has written 5 stories for Naruto, Ranma, Harry Potter, Stargate: SG-1, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, and Gold Digger. Notice: Everything is still on hiatus. This has less to do with my thesis (finished, published, and I've earned my Masters!) and more to do with the complete lack of inspiration I have. I am a teacher of college mathematics. In my spare time I enjoy a variety of computer games and anime series. I have a cat, Ranko. I also have an unusual sense of humor when naming my pets. If you write a review (and please do!) remember that negative feedback is not a sin. I like having my ego stroked as much as the next man (and twice as much as I should), but the reviews that make me think are just as precious to me. I won't always agree with you, but if you make a good case I guarantee I'll be thinking about it next time I get to writing. That said, there is one kind of feedback I don't need. The pairings I choose, the crossovers I write, the themes I choose, the fanon I employ or ignore, these all funnel into the story I want to write. I welcome all reasonable criticism about how I tell the story, but attacks on the validity of the story itself will be summarily ignored. I don't care about originality or uniqueness or even if I make sense to people that don't agree with my interpretation of the source material. I write the stories I write because I want to write them, whether that gets me a thousand readers or just one. Anti-disclaimer: Not only do I not deny owning the horrible ideas that spring from my lunacy, but I demand recompense in the form of genuflections upon my august person in return for the privilege of allowing you to sample my brilliant genius! Anti-disclaimer disclaimer: If you can't recognize sarcasm, seek help. |
