So, yeah. I'm an accountant. I spend my days telling rich foreign bankers how to avoid paying UK tax. Sorry about that...

I'm also what my housemate calls a "promiscuous and indiscriminate fangirl", who tends to go for the canon ships. My fic writing is somewhat erratic these days, because I have pesky things like work to deal with (boo) and good things like original fiction and rowing* to take up what spare time the tax avoidance leaves me.

My conscience forces me to admit here that I don't actually row. I just yell at other people while they row, and take all the credit (and shiny things) when they win, in return for which I occasionally get thrown into the Thames.

One of these days I might get around to posting more of the fic I wrote as a student, probably with some judicious editing. That would, however, require me to find the fic I wrote as a student, so don't hold your breath. I saved my essays in an obvious folder marked "essays" (so let me know if you've a burning desire to know about Plato's conception of the negative in the Sophist and Theaetetus) but don't appear to have done the same with fics.

I'm also known as Muswell, so if you see any of my stuff anywhere under that name it's not plagiarism. Unless it's one of the voices in my head plagiarising another. Which would be weird.
