Introduction:

My name is Sam (or you can use my pen-name Solent if you prefer). I'm new to the whole FanFiction scene but I'm eager and ready to learn. I've been reading and "writing" (I use the word 'writing' liberally) FanFiction on and off for the past year or so, and recently I noticed a few gaps in the kinds of stories I wanted to see (Eldershippy stuff in particular) so I decided to properly join in the foray. I saw that very few Pokémon stories focusing on Eldershipping had been written for a number of years, and I think that there's still a lot of life in that pair that's yet to be explored. I'm also a strong supporter of a couple of other ships, which I'll look into writing about soon. If I find a real passion for this "writing-schtick" (as my Grandfather would say) I might just branch out into other fandoms too. We'll see what happens.
