Why I Write: I write because I am moderately talented at it, because I have always dreamed up alternate endings to my favorite books or movies long before I ever heard of fanfiction, and mostly because it is a simple outlet in which I can vent my feelings and emotions. I have so many different situations and ideas running through my head as I read/watch my favorite books/shows that I just have to write them down!

My Style: Someone asked recently how it is that I can write stories that are dark and full of angst and tension, basically stories that are altogether not very happy... and yet still publish ridiculously fluffy and lighthearted pieces at the same time. Am I an angst writer? Sure. I loved writing 'Should Have Known This Armor Was Heavy', but I have to be in a certain mood to be able to write a piece like this. I have to really feel the words I'm writing, and I have to want to write it.

Fluff on the other hand? C'mon, who doesn't like to write it! I think I do too much of it, personally, but everyone seems to enjoy it so I can't see myself stopping anytime soon. A lot of the time, when I'm on this site, I pick the stories that make me feel good or cheer me up. Occasionally, I like to read something with more substance--who doesn't?--and it's the exact same with my writing. Sometimes I want to write fluff, sometimes I want to write something with meaning and purpose.
