Author has written 15 stories for Prince of Tennis, Kuroshitsuji, Love Pistols/リブレ出版, and Junjō Romantica. To everyone who reads my profile, First of all, I'd like to thank all of you readers for your continued patience and support. I apologize for the disappearance for these past months. To be honest, I'm not even really sure how long I've been gone from here. Frankly, for all this time that I haven't been writing, my inspiration has been waning. Plot ideas for any of the stories I previously wanted to write just hasn't been flowing well. I must admit though that laziness is also a factor to my disappearance. School work has also really mentally draining and it takes so much energy from writing. I have a lot of stories in mind. There are a lot of plot ideas and a lot of pairings in a lot of fandoms that I want to explore. This is especially because I've only recently come back into an 'anime/manga watching/reading phase'. Unfortunately, because of the occasional writer's block and the inability of my brain at the moment to concentrate on more than one chaptered story, the writing process will be slow. But I WILL get through this slump. Thank you all once again for your patience and support. They mean so much to me and they serve as a great inspiration to keep writing. Blackxxcat013 Who AM I: Like mentioned above, I am Blackxxcat013 or Cat for short. The username, if anyone can kind of tell, came from the anime Black Cat, which I have not yet finished watching. (It's been really long since I put it on pause. Sigh.) I was also really obsessed with unlucky superstitions - I guess what they're called. I'm not really sure why, to be honest. Though I think I wanted to prove that these superstitions aren't true? I was a weird kid. In any case, the username stuck and I didn't want to change it because it's been my 'name' online for so long that it's just a habit to use that as my username on sites online. Aside from reading and writing fanfics, I enjoy listening to music, mostly Kpop, Jrock and game OSTs. I like playing video games, though I would probably suck if I were to ever play against someone. I have recently gotten back to watching anime. I used to do so a lot, probably around 5-6 years ago. But at that time, my attention span was really short and I never ended up fully completing any of the anime I watch. After a bit, I ended up reading a lot of manga because they loaded a lot faster but now I'm back to watching anime as well. I enjoy watching/reading anime/mangas in the mystery, adventure, fantasy, slice of life, school life and sports genres. Though if you can't tell from what I write, I am also a yaoi fangirl. That doesn't mean that I do not like heterosexual romances, it's just that I haven't found a lot of good ones in the manga or anime department. I also enjoy the occasional horror, but sometimes good horror mangas/anime (at least in my opinion) are hard to find because I am also a bit squeamish. So gory horror is out of the question. OH and I like to dance and sing especially with my friends (who doesn't?). Kpop dances are entertaining and they are really fun to learn. It's something to keep me from constantly destroying my eyes in front of the monitor. And last but not least, I love listening to voice actors. Primarily Japanese. I do like the occasional English voice actors. Um, however, since I've mostly watched anime in Japanese dub, I haven't found a lot of English dubs that I like. Things and people I'm obsessing over at the moment: Manga: (if there are any good ones in any of the genres listed above, feel free to leave recommendations. I'll go check them out) Haikyuu! - The characters' drive for success and determination inspires me to no end. It gives me motivation to do the same even though I'm probably one of the laziest people I've know. Also, the main character, Hinata's, excitement is extremely contagious and the art is so unique. I love it! I can't get enough of this series! Anime: (like mentioned above, if there are any good ones in any of the genres listed above, feel free to leave recommendations. I'll go check them out) Not really anything at the moment, since I haven't been able to watch any recently . Movie: My most recent obsession would be.. Rise of the Guardians. It drew me in completely. It was something that I could connect to personally, finding myself and my beliefs and whatnot. The characters are all adorable and loveable too. I want to hug them all. This is also a recommendation in case you haven't seen it :D Game: I recently got Shin Megami Tensei 4 for the 3ds and I am in love. I'm a big fan of the Shin Megami Tensei line just because the plots are all weird and interesting. Sadly, I haven't played a lot of the games in the series. Voice actor: (do note that the roles/anime that the VA appeared as/in are only roles/anime that I actually know/watched. So even if they do have more popular roles and they are not listed below, it's because I haven't seen those roles and I do not know of them. I will probably get to see their other roles at a later time though.) Right now, it's a tie between Nakamura, Yuuichi, who voiced characters in Hyouka, K, Inu x Boku SS, and Hosoya, Yoshimasa, who voiced characters in Prince of Tennis, No. 6, Kuroko no Basuke and also Inu x Boku SS. That's it for now. Stay tuned |
