Location: Never really sure...sometimes I wake up in different countries with new tattoos...

Occupation: Me and my BFA work at a well known tech company that has something to do with fruit, but will remain nameless...oh, and I kind of write stuff...sometimes...you know...

Current Goal: To finish Kurohana by the end of 2015. There's some other fandom's I've been wanting to try, plus you guys teach me a lot.

Why I write? I dunno...just can't seem to stop. Some people have crack, I have writing–you do the math.

Why I'm here? I'm here to bring some comedy and drama into an adventure arena and try to make some stuff that totally blows you away. I hope to update every week or so. I'll be working on editing my book through the end of the year, so I may skip here or there, but I'll try to skip responsibly (like, you know, in the street with the traffic).

Most outrageous thing I've ever done? I would tell you, but I signed a non-disclosure agreement...and I'm pretty sure Mexico would be pissed at me...Venezuela, too...

Ok, strange facts about me:

1. I'm a girl (for real), not some creepy six hundred and sixty-six year old man (eww).

2. I'm a napper. I wake up in the middle of REM cycles all the time and remember a lot of my crazy dreams, so napping is my kind of heroin. Much cheaper than the real stuff, anyway. :-P

3. Always wonder what I'd look like with red hair.

4. Working on my first book. I think I'm on draft 10 or 12 at this point. Slowly but surely, this tortoise will dominate the effin' race, if it elfin' kills me (pretty sure the tortoise will be fine).

5. Hey, Shiranami, why'd you pick that user name? Because my first name "Jennifer" has an old English translation that means "white wave" (and what is "white wave" in Nipongo? Shiranami!)

6. I talk to God. He talks back. Welcome to my world.

7. Fav movie at the moment? Captain America: Winter Solider.

8. If Shikamaru Nara or Neji Hyuga were real, then chivalry would not be dead, and I would have ninja babies.

9. I actually do take martial arts (I can do a blood-choke hold...but you have to be turned away from me), and kickboxing. I also study a lot of survival manuals, so you can take that to the bank.

10. Most recent dream: Something about haunted houses floating down a river, and me being on a raft trying to avoid them. Oh, and something about ghosts after I watch the preview for the new 'Poltergeist' remake on iTunes.
