Shouting Out: I joined fanfiction very recently, and I've just started my first ever fanfiction! Please R&R, for I want to learn how to become a better writer, and critique would help IMMENSELY in my betterment.

For while I am shameless (and revel in it =P) I want to be able to carry it off with style.

About Me: I'm 15, and I'll be in Year 11 (Year 10 in the UK and Aussie) next year and I live in New Zealand. I'm tall for my age, apparently, and I have longish black hair, olive skin (though, really, what does that even mean?) and almond shaped brown eyes. They're almond coloured too, actually. I like to wear crazy coloured nail polish and I adore the Doors! I don't have many friends because I'm a bit loco but the ones I have are very special to me, and I cherish each and every one of them. People tell me I'm wise beyond my years, or that I'm very mature, or that they didn't realise I was only 15... and it seems so strange, but it's alright, I suppose...

Fanfiction: I love lemons, when they're the right ratio of hotness, in-characterness and humour/romance. Yuri Yaoi and Het are all fine by me.

I dislike stories where the characters haven't been brought at least a little bit alive, lifted off the paper like in that famous picture...

Pairing dramas detract from the coolness of a story

I know I haven't been here long, but I've yet to come across a story where the author has written themselves into that fanfiction - and carried it off. Can it be done? I think I might give it a go some time...

I write in hopes of getting better at it, which is why reviews are so nice, so I can get a feel for what you get from me and what I can give you and we can generally get things moving together =)
