Author has written 22 stories for House, M.D., NCIS, Covert Affairs, Last Ship, and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. “If there's a book you really want to read but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it” Toni Morrison "Writing is the only thing that, when I do it, I don't feel I should be doing something else." Gloria Steinem I've been reading fan-fiction for years...going way back to the Scully/Mulder days, though I really shipped for Skinner and Scully (I know, ewww...) What can I say I have a thing for silent, brooding bald men. Captain Picard was my favorite captain. ( I have since fallen deeply in love with Captain Jonathan Archer. What can I say, he's adorable, whining, naïve, honorable and compassionate, no where near perfect, in other words- human.) and P.S. I wanted Chegwidden and Mac to get together, too. I have a serious ship addiction. Can't stop watching tv and it feeds into my desire to create fantasies for characters that the writer's NEVER want to do on the real shows. I know that conflict creates good drama, but can't our favorite characters be happy, get their groove on and still solve mysteries, crimes or what ever it is that they do? Ships both past and present: Jack/Kate of Lost fame because they are destined to be together. (And have since found out was totally true... They will live forever after together! Squeeee) House/13, sexy hot old guy with a young badass chick - enough said. After House and Cate from Frozen, it's the only way I'll ship... I really don't care what they say about Thirteen, she is perfect for him. I love her character. She is smart, witty and doesn't put up with his crap. She accepts him for his jerkiness and respects him anyway. What's not to love about that? And feeding into my thing for sexy old guys with hot feisty young chicks... Totally dig Gibbs and Ziva. Tony's not enough man for her. I have also rekindled my obsession with another old, hot warrior dude... love, love, love Colonel Jack O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson with gray hair, yumm-o!) of Stargate:SG1... so cannot help myself! Newest ships as of summer 2014- Elijah/Haley he's so noble it's ridiculous. A vampire Mr. Darcy if you please. Archer/T'Pol- they started it., lovely adorable little moments. You can totally see it but then they went into the Expanse. There's a few blink and you'll miss it moments until you hit the indomitable Twilight episode which broke my heart that neither one of them remembered a second of the alternate timeline. Cruel, cruel writers. Ah and then there's the Forge arc that restored my little shipper heart. Why, why, why did they not give this show a chance to flourish after that amazing 4th season? Netflix binge watching, you slay me. Feel free to PM me. I'd love to hear from you. Check out my author's blog where I write under the name Indigo Grace: There I explore my obsession with Badass Female Characters, my favorite bromances and give updates and insights to my original fiction series about 2 Special Ops agents trying to balance their feelings for each other while trying to stay true to the fight against global terrorism. Finally found a title for the series: The Overwatch Series: Book 1- Proving Ground (Compete), Book 2- Exfil Point (Compete), Book 3- Cold War (In final re-writes), Book 4- Stop Loss (Still planning) and now I'm working on a sci-fi romance series that promises to wander into another epic. I can't seem to get away from series. Universe, please help me find the words to finish it all. Thanks for taking an interest! Sessions won at the 2009 Rock the House Fanfiction Award.
