In the beginning of The Avengers they kept calling the Tesseract a "Her." What if the cube was just her dormant state, and the Tesseract was a real, living, breathing person? What if Loki knew this, and wanted to revert her back to normal, harnessing her power? Rated "M" for later chapters. Had the song "Do you Realize" by the Flaming Lips playing when I wrote this.

Bruce met his wife in Africa, and for years after that meeting they were happy, traveling around the world and helping people. Until Fury recruited him to find the Tesseract and brought her to the light, catching Loki's attention, thinking he can use the woman for his use. Everything fell apart after that.

Rui is a spy for the Northern Water tribe, captured and tortured while on a mission by a fire nation patrol group. While hunting for food, Sokka, Zuko and Katara stumble across their camp and rescue the broken shell of a girl. Set during the group's stay at the Western Air temple after the failed Eclipse attack.

Orihime is constantly harassed in her prison, Hueco Mundo and Ulquiorra finds it in his duty to do something about it. *After reading this if you can think of a better Title, please comment. I don't like this one too much. :D*
