 Author has written 2 stories for Star Wars, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I am an avid reader and wish that I had the talent to be a writer. But I'm still trying my hand at it. I read a wide variety of books but I prefer Sci-Fi/Fantasy and Mystery/Thrillers, with the occasional romance (but only if it sounds like it has an actual plot to it). Some of my favorites are Discworld, Star Wars, Dragonriders of Pern, JD Robb ... In Death series by Nora Roberts, and Catherine Coulter's FBI Thrillers. Technically I wrote my first fanfic when I was 15, going on 16 (that's the problem with doing things around a summer birthday) but it has long been lost with the evolution from 5.25 floppies to thumbdrives and micro SD cards. It wasn't that good anyway, so no real loss there (it would also get me lots of flames if I were to post it today). I did major in English for a few years in college and I greatly prefer editing and improving someone else's work to trying to create my own. My daughter has recently discovered fanfiction. For now I am posting her stories on my account since she is not old enough to get an account of her own. Story Trivia: Savyna from My Mother's Daughter is named after a character in the video game, Baten Kaitos: Lost Wings and Eternal Oceans.
