I felt so sorry for Meredith Grey at the ferry crash scene that I almost gave up in the water.

So I sold my DVDs, and started my own story of what I hope happens to Meredith and Derek and their friends and family. They're fictional, right? What happens on the TV stays on the TV. What happens in your head is real.

Behind the Games

This summer I got totally hooked on The Hunger Games series. Sometimes I need another world to live in, and Panem showed up at just the right time. Questions bugged me. How could Katniss and Peeta be reaped, be so right for the rebellion and so right for each other, and their reaping be a mere coincidence? What was everyone else thinking and feeling? And somebody please tell Katniss that everything that goes wrong is NOT her fault. So I started some "backstory" . . .
