Note: My earlier works (mostly from the 90s and early 2000s) are available from my old homepage, which is currently mirrored at fdnest (DOT) com / ~makoto / (remove the spaces). I have no plans at this time to post any of those stories here.

Once upon a time, I mostly penned Ranma fanfics, some crossovers, and the occasional Sailor Moon story. Sometimes, both in the same fanfic. :D

7/8/2016: Posted the first chapter of The Great Shipgirl Swap, my first attempt at a Kantai Collection story. It's a plot bunny that struck and snowballed while I was working on a different KanColle story. There's probably a number of things wrong with it, since I ended up having to skip the prereader stage.

I can't guarantee regular updates (as theoretically, I'm supposed to be working on that other story :D), but I have already written a few pages of the second chapter.

7/10/2016: Minor rewrite for Chapter One of The Great Shipgirl Swap, to correct an inaccuracy. Thanks to Jason M. Lee, for all your help.

7/18/2016: Chapter Two of The Great Shipgirl Swap is nearing completion. Unfortunately, like Chapter One, I don't currently have prereaders for the story, so I might post it as-is.

7/21/2016: Posted Chapter Two of The Great Shipgirl Swap. As with Chapter One, Chapter Two hasn't been through the prereading stage, so... there may be edits on the horizon. :)
