Mostly HP fics, and possibly other popular films, books, and shows. I might release stuff that I won't finish, but I'll try to remain diligent. Mostly using this to improve on my writing - not that I expect to become an author, but it would increase the enjoyment I feel when I write stories and share it with others.

HP Pairings that you will probably see:

HarryHermione: This is my favorite pairing. I honestly believe that JK fudged up the whole story by pairing Harry with Ginny and Hermione with Ron. There are quite a few reasons why Harry and Hermione should have ended up together, and once you fully realize the compatibility and love they feel towards each other in comparison to their given pairings, you'll understand that there really could have been no better pairing.

Harry and Hermione are muggle raised. Although Harry had lived with the Dursleys and didn't really get to experience the normal 'muggle-style living', I assume he would understand and even be able to cope living in solely in the muggle world. There is no way Ronald Weasley would be able to do the same. It might be a bit unfair to use that reasoning as Ron had only experienced the wizarding lifestyle and it would be an extremely demanding task to ask him to live in the muggle world, but his father was Head of the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts department in the Ministry. His father's job was literally all about muggles ( a job that the ministry should have appointed to a muggleborn or half-blood, but oh well).

There are plenty more reasons; from the way, Hermione always seems to pick Harry of Ron (Deathly Hallows Goblet of Fire), They never seem to argue ( except from 3rd and 6th year. Arguably, 3rd year was because Hermione was looking out for Harry and it was the logical thing to do when you have a serial killer after you. 6th year was just a bit of pettiness from not being the best at potions - and even then she was still adamant on the probability that the book was dangerous; which it was. ), and also - everyone expected it. From the readers to the characters in the books.

I know that JK did it for wish-fulfillment, which acknowledges the fact that H/Hr should have happened, but it is still quite annoying to think that she lead up the story in a way that seemed as if they were going to get together and then scrap it away by Order of the Phoenix and Half Blood Prince. It even seemed that there was a chance at Deathly Hallows, but nope - Ron comes back after leaving them for dead and Hermione accepts it and forgives him.

HarryTonks: Quite arguably, Harry and Tonks could have been possible. It seems that people seem to dislike the pairing due to the age difference, whilst also completely ignoring the 13-year difference between Tonks and Lupin ( HarryTonks is a 6-year gap ). I am not particularly fond of Remus. He's a coward who enjoys reveling in his self-deprecation and pity all because he contracted the disease when he was little that transforms him into a werewolf on the night of a full moon. It is also annoying how he seems to forget about Harry's existence before and after 3rd year. He never once sent a letter to Harry ( location isn't a problem with owls ), even after Harry had arrived at Hogwarts. His only reason for coming to Hogwarts, and consequently meeting the son of his 'best friend', is for revenge against the man who killed said 'best friend'. Not even to protect Harry or teach him to defend himself against the serial killer ( Sirius Black). Even after they meet and establish some sort of relationship, Lupin doesn't tell Harry that he was 'best friends' with his father, nor does he tell him any stories or facts about his parents. Horace Slughorn spoke more about Lily than any other teacher had ever done; it seems that everyone was content with giving Harry the customary, 'you have your mother's eyes', line in lieu of actually telling him about his parents. Tonks deserves someone better than an old, boring, coward of a man who acts as if he is the only werewolf in the world. I see no way in which Tonks would find Remus attractive.

Tonks would be able to bring Harry out of that 'half-shy, half-assertive' shell that he constantly finds himself in. It would also be a nice balance, with Tonks being the immature one and Harry being the mature one; although, that doesn't mean that they are confined to those personality types - Harry can also be quite immature and fun-loving, just as Tonks can be serious and adult-like at times. It is that type of balance that would make for a healthy and fun relationship, and it is also that balance that Remus would never be able to offer to her.

MostSlashPairings, simply because they don't make sense most of the time - like Harry/Severus?? seriously?? no. ( also not a fan of slash fics in general).

Also, expect some time travel fics, and Marauder Era fics - not too many of those, and I honestly like that time period of the Wizarding World.

Maybe some reincarnation fics, or SI fics - but mostly in the Marauder Era because it would be much easier in the second wizarding war time period.

Most will have Oc's and new developments so I guess keep that in mind when the characters act differently to their canon counterparts. Might be AU? but some will be canon-compliant.

Not the best at writing, but I am trying to improve and I do enjoy it. I don't mind hate comments or bad reviews because I'm doing it for enjoyment and not for money or recognition. I'd like to say that the good thing about my writing is that I like to have good grammar. I know what it's like to read a good fic with terrible grammar and abhorrent spelling, so at least if there is anything that will deter you from reading my stories - it isn't the grammar and spelling.
