In a surprise that catches the entire family off guard, Alvin finally comes home for the first time in months. Bringing both confessions and questions about his university life, how will their family make sense of his absence? How will Simon try to cross the chasm that has grown between them?

Alvin gets stuck by lightening and passes away at the hospital. When he meets the Father, he begs him to bring him back down to earth so he can say goodbye to his brothers before he goes.
