Quick take on my life:

On my bedside there's a copy of Pride and Prejudice. In my bathroom there are game magazines - I'm about as good (if not better) with game consoles and computers as my little brother (15). My Saturday and Sunday mornings are spent with my little sister (10) watching programs for children. My parents are a journalist and a gardener. I love rain and autumn the best. This year I'm studying in upper secondary, senior high, gymnasium (if you search that word in wikipedia, you'll find the closest match)... Call it what you will, I'm still studying. I guess I dare say I'm rather good at philosophy, English, Finnish, Italian, math and psychology.

How does that sound? Well, me in a nutshell:

I'm a chatty young lady with an optimistic attitude. Always curious, always smiling, always a bit too proud maybe. When I get serious, I have carefully thought opinions (although they might not appear so) and strong confidence. (I annoy even my friends with my arrogant attitude and when they're in bad mood some of them call me a princess in the bad sense of the word.) I'm smart in a slow way, taking my time to figure out everything by myself, but after doing that knowing exactly what I want and have to do

I get myself anxious easily by thinking about global warming or human rights and I also get sad after reading stories about soldiers, orphans, abandoned people... Anything like that. Although my feelings run deep, they're not easily detected even by close friends. I'm good at keeping to myself, if I feel like it and I try not to be too egocentric to complain all the time. But I usually am happy-go-lucky girl and lead an easy, but interesting life.

I love reading and writing, and I like learning languages. I speak Finnish as my mother tongue, as fluent English as you see here, and basics of Swedish and Italian. When I read, I'm bit of a fantasy buff, but read almost anything else too. At writing I'm at my best while I work on short stories, and I like to write fanfiction.

As a writer:

I'm always searching for something unique fitting my personality (like Princess Tutu, Godchild, Life on Mars, Crossing Jordan... Those aren't popular in Finland and I don't think many girls my age have liked them here, but I know they aren't actually secrets) along with keeping up with the popular ones like Ouran High School Host Club or Fullmetal Alchemist. I only read and watch series I'm really interested in, I don't watch or read for wathing's or reading's sake.

English isn't my first language, not even near. My own language is Finnish, and I like to write stories on it. Luckily, I have betas on both languages. I'll tell more about them when I actually get to know more about them. On Finnish, I'm betaed by Jadeile and on English by umeko-rin. I'm really grateful to both (althought I'm lazy and rarely use them).

When talking about my style, it's easy to put in one word: "cute". It's not that I don't like tougher stuff, it's just that I'm naturally one to write and draw cute stuff. Or whatever I do, if I take a picture of something or buy anything new, it's always "cute". It's not the style I chose, it's the style that chose me. I always want to enjoy writing or at least have some fun while doing it.

I love shonen ai, but I'm not really much into yaoi. (What's the difference, you ask? Shonen-ai is CUTE, yaoi is more... you know.) I also like to read het, and I'm okay with shojo ai.

My fave pairings:

In FMA: RoyXEd (and while I'm at it, I like HawkeyeXHavoc and WinryXAl as sidepairings. And of course I like ArmstrongXHavoc. For creeping out my friends. XD I love Ling Yao and I'd pair him up with Ed if I wasn't really faithful to the pairings I like. And RoyXEd is really lovely.).

In ToS: ZelosXLloyd, KratosXYuan (although I'm okay with KratosXAnna and YuanXMartel. I can live with the thought of LloydXColette, but I don't actively read it. Sometimes MithosXGenis is fun.).

In Ouran: TamakiXHaruhi, KyoyaXKaoru (sometimes Tamaki and either one of twins (not both) or TamakiXKyoya)

In Princess Tutu: FakirXAhiru.
