Greetings, most welcome reader!

I'm a middle-school student living in Ivory Coast who uses his free time to pursue quiet activities such as reading...and most certainly, writing.

I'm a very eccentric person indeed : my favourite colours are earthy brown and green, I like playing the piano and violin, excel in most academic subjects and very anti-social. The anime I love the most is Yuri!!! on Ice (and is also the only one I have seen :) ). My favourite play is Les Misérables and I strongly advise you to listen to the music scores of John Williams, Howard Shore, Jeremy Soule and Hans Zimmer.

Coming to the more serious things, I relish fantasy, science-fiction and coming-of-age novels.

There are five fandoms that have a very important place in my life : Tolkien's Middle-Earth Legendarium, J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter, Suzanne Collins The Hunger Games, C.S. Lewis The Chronicles of Narnia and George Lucas' Star Wars. But, in all fairness, I also loved other books that are not related to these universes : To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly, The Giver by Lois Lowry, The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton, A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine l'Engle, The Rainmaker by John Grisham, Jurassic Park and Prey by Michael Crichton, Little Women by Louisa May Alcott, The Crime on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie and all the books of Cathy Cassidy.

Here are the works I have done so far :

Something Good in Every Day : Ponyboy is spiralling into clinical depression after losing two friends and isn't motivated to excel at school anymore. After all, "nothing gold can stay." What can we do to help him deal better with his situation? Is it possible to change his mind when it comes to things that are only temporary? Are most things temporary for the better or the worse?

Fearsome, Fascinating Fire : In the terrible War of the Last Alliance of men, dwarves and elves, many lives were lost and its survivors were emotionally or physically scarred for life. Thranduil, the newly made Elvenking of Mirkwood after his father's demise, now is left with a burden to lead his people alone. But his sufferings didn't end there. In fact, it had only just begun...

Bygone, Behind Bars : After the failed attempt to retrieve the Prophecy in the Department of Mysteries, Lucius Malfoy was put into Azkaban. Meanwhile, in Malfoy Manor, things have escalated for the worst as his family is pressured with the task of killing Albus Dumbledore. How did Lucius feel, isolated in his own cell?

No such thing : In the aftermath of the Second World War, Major Winters shares his opinion on what war is and about the conflicting person he is. Is there really any difference between good or evil? Does he deserve the title of a war hero? But most importantly : what is war?

Lost, Misplaced and Waste : In the Community, the story that led to Rosemary's untimely death is untold, a part from the act she applied for Release. Most people credit Legasov or Shcherbina for having done so much, from preventing a meltdown or possible explosion. But what about the workers of the power plant that saved countless lives?

Seeing you again : Petunia and Lily used to be so close, once, even if they were as different as the sun and moon. But growing jealousy and resentment destroyed - and ultimately ended their relationship. Now, several years later, Lily tries to fix the gap between them. Will it ever work ? The Fanfic Writer's Code of Honor

Bold whatever you need to work on

1. Use SpellCheck and proper grammar. I don't care how interesting your story is. If you have the grammatical skills of a drunken third grader, no one is going to read it.

2. Update! Not every day, but more than once a year. If you don't update for a ridiculously long period of time or discontinue it, put your story up for adoption. (should be obvious why)

3. No Sues or Stus. No exceptions.

4. Leave reviews. Everyone begs for them- you included- so you should honor other people's wishes and give them out.

5. ANs shouldn't be longer than the chapter itself.

6. Don't write too many incomplete stories at the same time. You'll end up stretching yourself thin and making no progress on any of them.

7. If thirty plus people point out a plot hole, out of character moment, or other error, go back and fix it.

8. (Optional, but probably a good idea) Leave a "will." Have someone who, if you don't update for X months, will either adopt your stories or find someone else to continue them.

Kurt Vonnegut's Tips on Writing:

1 - Use the time of a total stranger in such a way that he or she will not feel the time was wasted.

2 - Give the reader at least one character he or she can root for.

3 - Every character should want something, even if it is only a glass of water.

4 - Every sentence must do one of two things — reveal character or advance the action.

5 - Start as close to the end as possible.

6 - Be a Sadist. No matter how sweet and innocent your leading characters, make awful things happen to them-in order that the reader may see what they are made of.

7 - Write to please just one person. If you open a window and make love to the world, so to speak, your story will get pneumonia.

8 - Give your readers as much information as possible as soon as possible. To hell with suspense. Readers should have such complete understanding of what is going on, where and why, that they could finish the story themselves, should cockroaches eat the last few pages.
