UPDATE (last: 02/03/11)

Hush Little Riddler - For lack of a better title - is my baby at the moment. I've been spending every waking moment working on it in one form or another, be it writing, scheming or research. I've even been writing it in my head at work. It is my attempt to re-write Batman: Hush from the perspective of the crazy bastard who was behind it all in the first place: Edward 'The Riddler' Nigma. I've started from the Lazarus Pit and working my way to the bit where Batman knocks him out. (I want to end with him telling Scarecrow that it was "SO worth it!"). I'm battling with myself on whether-or-not I should allude to the Pushback arc of Gotham Knights (where Hush beats the crap out of Eddie) ie: I could make it a kind of memoir the Riddler writes when he thinks Hush is going to kill him. *FYI: I've been submitting it to my DeviantArt before my . On the Back-burner: "Valkyrie" (previously "nona") first draft is now complete. PLEASE R&R!
"Indestructible" sequel to Valkyrie, my attempt at connecting SK's Insomnia and It has begun. i'll be trying to rewrite some parts of it from the Baldies' POV. So far I've just got the bit where Ben meets Bill and Eddie. yes: Mike Hanlon and Clotho are in it. Chapter 2 is complete and up. Trouble is, I tend to write in pieces and go off on tangents: I've got a fair idea for the end as well as an in-depth look into the relationship of Valkyrie and Atropos - I didn't mean to, honest!
'Maybe'. part 3 of'the DIB Project' tetralogy. Yes, you heard right: I have two more forming in my mind like tumors (update-fwahaha I've forgotten them) as I write this. I really want to continue 'the Key' - I just can't seem to think of anything for it, yet... Oh, yes, I'm also thinking of re-writing tDP pt 1 in chapter format. But I think that one can wait...

Music: I was born and raised on rock 'n roll so I have a natural respect for true musicians. Some of these are: Led Zeppelin; Dire Straits; Pink Floyd; Red Hot Chili Peppers... More recent bands: Nickelback; the Feelers (actually, pretty much all NZ rock bands); Disturbed; Staind... I'll probably think of more later. ie The Beatles. How could I possibly leave them out? Or Breaking Benjamin for that matter

Book I can't peel my nose from at the moment: I'm starting to get into the classic horror: I've just about finished Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and I'm about to start Bram Stoker's Dracula. In my Teen years, I loved Tamora Pierce's books and definately reccomment the Immortals & Lioness quartets. I love Stephen King, with my favourite at the moment being being Insomnia. Terry Brooks' Shannara & Wilbur Smith's River God series' are also at the top of my list.

Passions: Mythology, Reading, Writing, Drawing... generally creating s#!t.

Thoughts on fanfiction in general: as long as the inspiration is there, I'm fine with it.

Worst sort of fan-fiction do I despise?: Unlikely romances ie: Zim and Gaz, Dib and Tak, etc. If you're gonna write a fan-fic, the least you could do is be true to characters and writers. All the stupid romances do is make a mockery of the original, rather than a homage. ~on second thought, Dib & Tak probably isn't so unlikely..
