After Lee confronts Jim about Galavan he walks out. In this story, he goes back to living at Gotham PD and catches the flu from stress and subpar living arrangements. He continues to work until he can't. Harvey gets worried and fetches Lee to have a look. Sick and vulnerable, Jim finally opens up and Lee is forced to confront some things of her own. While it was a good season-ender, I feel that Gotham's Worse than a Crime did not use all characters and situations to best effect, namely Penguin and Leslie Tompkins. Contains spoilers and rated T for safety. I own nothing.

Frankly I never bought it that Lady Jessica's entire decision to defy her order was based on simple love for her duke and knowledge that he wanted a son. Lady Jessica is too smart and the decision to pivotal for that. I have taken liberties with some pre-Dune speculations but this is what would make sense to me.
